Meet Dr. Trager

Dr. Susan Trager, DMD graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1985 and completed a dental residency at Mt Sinai Hospital in New York in 1986. She then joined her father and sister, Dr. Millard Braunstein and Dr. Fran Rebhun, in a dental practice in Somerdale, New Jersey which evolved into Somerdale Family Dental Associates. In February 2013, Drs. Trager and Rebhun expanded to a second location in Pennsauken, NJ.  Both practices are proud to be treating generations of families.

Dr. Trager is a member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association and Southern Dental Society. She has participated with the ADA’s Donated Dental Services since its inception which provides dental care for the underprivileged. Drs. Trager and Rebhun are also committed to community education of school children where they deliver their unique programs “A Visit to the Cosmetic Dentist” and “A Trip to the Grocery Store.” They educate hundreds of students each year empowering them to understand the importance of dental health and healthy food choices.

Dr. Trager has advanced training in implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, veneers, occlusion and smile design. She has trained at the The Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study in St. Petersburg, Florida and taken Frank Spear Seminars in Creating Esthetic Excellence and Treating the Worn Dentition in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Trager continues to expand her dental knowledge as a member of a Seattle Study Club, the Pinnacle Dental Study Club, which emphasizes the harmony between smile design and function utilizing the latest advances in dentistry.

Dr. Trager resides in Voorhees and enjoys spending her free time with her family. She enjoys skiing, cooking and volunteering.
